Separation and Conversion into a National High School. The Burgos National High School Upper Tumapoc Annex in Barangay Upper Tumapoc, Municipality of Burgos, Province of La Union is hereby separated from the Burgos National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Upper Tumapoc National High School.
