Relationship with the Revised Rules on Criminal Procedure. The Revised Rules on Criminal Procedure shall be suppletory to this statute as well as the additional special rules on criminal procedure as may be formulated by the Supreme Court for the investigation, prosecution and trial of crimes under this statute.
