Curricular Offerings. The University shall offer undergraduate and graduate courses in the fields of arts, agriculture, forestry, social and natural sciences and technology, and other degrees within its areas of specialization and according to its capabilities as the Board of Regents may deem necessary to carry out its objectives and in order to meet the needs of the Province of Kalinga and the Cordillera Administrative Region.
The University shall maintain and operate a reasonably-sized laboratory school under its College of Education in the main campus.
