Protests on Eligibility and Appeals on Disqualification. The Board shall issue guidelines on the process of addressing protests and appeals on its decisions concerning the eligibility or disqualification of athletes, coaches and chaperones: Provided, That all protests and appeals must be resolved with finality within thirty (30) days from receipt thereof.
