General Mandate. - The College shall primarily provide advanced education, higher technological, professional instruction and training in science, education, agriculture, fishery and industrial fields and other relevant areas of study. It shall also undertake research and extension services and programs in food production, nutrition, health and sports development, and provide progressive leadership in its areas of specialization.
