Conversion. - The Western Visayas College of Science and Technology (WVCST) in the City of Iloilo, including its campuses, namely: the Don Jose Sustiguer Monfort Memorial National. College in the Municipality of Barotac Nuevo, the Purificacion D. Monfort College in the Municipality of Dumangas, the Leon National College of Agriculture in the Municipality of Leon and the Southern Iloilo Polytechnic College in the Municipality of Miag-ao, all located in the Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into a state university to be known as the Iloilo Science and Technology University, hereinafter referred to as the University. The main campus of the University shall be located in the City of Iloilo.
