Primary Text
General Mandate. The University shall primarily provide advanced education, higher technological, professional instruction and training in the fields of fisheries, agriculture, forestry, science, education, commerce, engineering, tourism and other related courses. It shall also undertake research and extension services, and provide progressive leadership in its areas of specialization and as may be relevant to the development of both marine-based industries and land-based resource of its service area and the country.
