Heads of College Branches. - The BSU External Studies Centers located in the municipalities of Monkayo, Maragusau, Montevista and New Bataan shall be called College Branches and shall be headed by Directors who shall render full-time service, The Branch Directors shall be appointed by the Board upon recommendation of the search committee and the College President, subject to the guidelines, qualifications and standards set by the Board: Provided, That the incumbent heads f the BSU External Studies Centers in the said four (4) municipalities shall serve as Directors of their respective branches.
