General Mandate. - The College shall primarily provide advanced education, higher technological, professional instruction and training in agriculture, science and technology and other related fields. It shall also undertake research and extension services in support of the socioeconomic development of the Province of Compostela Valley and provide progressive leadership in its areas of specialization.
