Appropriations. - The amount necessary to implement the provisions of tills Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The BSU External Studies Centers in the municipalities of Monkayo, Maragusan, Montevista and New Bataan in the Province of Compostela Valley shall continue to receive funding from the BSU until such time that the said External Studies Centers are fully integrated as regular branches of the College.
