Heads of University Campuses. Campus Directors shall head the university campuses and they shall render full-time service. They shall be appointed by the Board upon the recommendation of the University President, subject to the guidelines, qualifications and standards set by the Board: Provided, That the incumbent director of the external campus shall serve as campus director for a period to be determined by the Board.
