Establishment/Integration. - There is hereby established a state university in the Province of Surigao del Norte to be known as the Surigao del Norte State University (SNSU), hereinafter referred to as the University, by integrating the Surigao State College of Technology (SSCT) in Surigao City, the Siargao National College of Science and Technology (SNCST) in the Municipality of Del Carmen and the Surigao del Norte College of Agriculture and Technology (SNCAT) in the Municipality of Mainit, all located in the Province of Surigao del Norte. The main campus of the University shall be in Surigao City with extension campuses in the municipalities of Del Carmen, Mainit and Malimono, Province of Surigao del Norte.
