Skills Certification of Agricultural Machinery Technicians and Operators. The TESDA, in collaboration with the DA, the BoAE and the national associations of agricultural engineers and agricultural machinery assemblers, manufacturers and distributors, shall undertake skills certification and accreditation systems for agricultural and fishery machinery operators and technicians.
