Science Education Institute (SEI). The DOST-SEI shall be the main implementing agency of the provisions in this Act. The SEI shall be responsible for evaluation, award-giving and monitoring of scholarship grants and awardees. The Institute is also tasked with coordinating with other relevant agencies in the fulfillment of the goals of this Act.
