Expansion of Manpower Requirement. The existing manpower requirement of Region 1 Medical Center is correspondingly increased to conform with Section 1 hereof. The Department of Health, in coordination with the Department of Budget and Management and the Civil Service Commission, shall determine and approve the additional plantilla positions to be created and filled up uponprior consultation and recommendation by the Region 1 Medical Center.
