PSRTI Operating Funds. The amount appropriated for the operating fund of the SRTC under the current General Appropriations Act shall constitute the initial operating fund of the PSRTI. Thereafter, the government contribution necessary to support the research and training programs of the PSRTI shall be determined based on the annual financial plan approved by its Governing Board and submitted to the DBM.
