Separability Clause. Should any section or provision of this Act be declared by the courts to be unconstitutional, the validity of this Act or any part hereof other than the part so declared to be unconstitutional or invalid shall not be affected. Any portion hereof not affected by such declaration shall remain in full force and effect.
