Scope of Examination for Chemical Technician. The licensure examination for chemical technician shall cover practical aspects of laboratory work in the following chemistry subjects with equal weights: Analytical Chemistry and Organic Chemistry. The Board may modify the coverage of the Board examination as required by developments in chemistry and the professional practice of chemical analysis. In such a case, the Board shall consult with the CHED, the TESDA and the APO for chemistry. The Board must announce revisions in chemistry subjects and topics at least two (2) years prior to their inclusion in the Board examination.
