Exemption from Examination for Chemists. Holders of a doctoral degree in Chemistry from a reputable university may apply for registration as chemists without examination from the Board. They must submit a copy of their undergraduate and graduate diplomas, transcripts and cover pages of their doctoral thesis: Provided, That such individuals must show evidence that they have been active in the practice of chemistry. The Board may require presentation of the doctoral thesis and other evidence of competence and achievement in chemistry.
