Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Subject to the approval of the Commission, the Board, within sixty (60) days, shall adopt and promulgate the IRR and the Code of Ethics for the Practice of Chemistry, and other resolutions necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
