Appropriations. The amount necessary for the initial implementation of this Act shall be charge against the current years appropriations of the Open High School Program of the DepED. Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the OHSS shall be included in the DepEDs budget in the annual General Appropriations Act.
