The City Schools Division. (a) There shall be established and maintained by the Department of Education (DepED), a city schools division of the City of General Trias whose area of jurisdiction will cover all the school districts within the City.
(b) The city schools division shall be headed by a City Schools Division Superintendent who must posses the necessary qualifications required by the DepED.
