There shall be established in the Municipality of Alfonso, Seventh Congressional District, Province of Cavite, a sports academy and training center that shall be known as the Alfonso Sports Academy and Training Center, and which shall be the primary sports development and training center for the Seventh Congressional District of the Province of Cavite and other neighboring towns and provinces.
