Implementing Rules and Regulations. Within thirty (30) days from the effectivity of this Act, the Board shall constitute itself, in consultation with relevant stakeholders in Tertiary Education, and promulgate the Implementing Rules and Regulations necessary for the proper implementation of this Act within sixty (60) days from the constitution of the Board.
