Who May Practice Metallurgical Engineering. Except as may be provided in this Act, only persons properly licensed and registered may practice metallurgical engineering. For purposes of this Act, no firm, partnership, corporation or association may be licensed and registered as such for the practice of metallurgical engineering, but duly licensed and registered metallurgical engineers may form partnerships among themselves or with other licensed and registered engineers and architects and use the title Metallurgical Engineers, Engineers, or Engineers and Architects in their partnership name.
No firm, partnership, corporation or association shall operate a metallurgical plant without a minimum complement of licensed metallurgical engineers pursuant to the IRR issued for this purpose.
