Indication of Certificate of Registration, Professional Tax Receipt and APO Membership. The metallurgical engineer shall be required to indicate the certificate of registration number and the duration of validity, including the professional tax receipt number and APO membership fee receipt number on the documents one signs, uses or issues in connection with the practice of the profession.
