Issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card. A certificate of registration shall be issued to those who pass the licensure examination, subject to payment of fees prescribed by the PRC and the Chairperson and members of the Board, stamped with the official seal of the PRC and of the Board, certifying that the person named therein is entitled to practice the profession with all the privileges appurtenant thereto. Until withdrawn, revoked, or suspended in accordance with this Act, it shall remain in full force and effect.

A professional identification card bearing the registration number and date of issuance, its expiry date, and the signature of the Chairperson of the PRC shall likewise be issued to every registrant who has paid the prescribed fee. It shall be reissued after every three (3) years upon payment of the prescribed fees.
