Implementing Rules and Regulations. The Board of Foresters, subject to the approval of the PRC, shall prescribe, promulgate, and issue a Board resolution on the IRR of this Act after consultation with the APO, other agencies, and concerned private organization in the industry not later than the ninetieth (90th) day from the effectivity of this Act.
