Requirement of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card in the Practice of Naval Architecture. Unless exempt from examination or registration under this Act, no person shall practice or offer to practice as a naval architect in the Philippines without having previously obtained a certificate of registration and a professional identification card. A person who secured a certification of registration and professional identification card shall be entitled to practice as a naval architect with all the privileges appurtenant thereto, subject to compliance with all applicable requirements.
