Repealing Clause. Republic Act No. 9064, otherwise known as the National Athletes, Coaches and Trainers Benefits and Incentives Act of 2001 or Sports Benefits and Incentives Act of 2001, is hereby repealed. All laws, presidential decrees, executive orders, rules and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.
