The Alfonso Castaeda National High School Abuyo Annex in Barangay Abuyo, Municipality of Alfonso Castaeda, Province of Nueva Vizcaya is hereby separated from the Alfonso Castaeda National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Abuyo National High School.1wphi1
