Separation and Conversion into a National High School. The Kabugao Agro-industrial High School Lenneng Annex in Barangay Lenneng, Municipality of Kabugao, Province of Apayao is hereby separated from the Kabugao Agro-industrial High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Kabugao National High School.
