The Pio Dalim Memorial School of Arts and Trades Sta. Filomena Annex in Barangay Sta. Filomena, Municipality of Calanasan, Province of Apayao is hereby separated from the Pio Dalim Memorial School of Arts and Trades and converted into an independent national arts and trades high school to be known as Sta. Filomena School of Arts and Trades.
