Registration. For purposes of the next regular Sangguniang Kabataan election under this Act, the COMELEC shall set a special registration of the Katipunan ng Kabataan which shall in no case be less than one (1) month and shall include Saturdays and Sundays. Subsequent registration of the Katipunan ng Kabataan shall be governed by Republic Act No. 8189 including the system of continuing registration.
