Registration. A CSF Cooperative formed and organized under this Act acquires juridical personality from the moment the CDA issues a certificate of registration under its official seal. A certificate of registration issued by the CDA under its official seal shall be conclusive evidence that the CSF Cooperative is duly registered unless it is proven that the registration thereof has been cancelled.
