Nature and Scope of Franchise.

Subject to the provisions of the 1987 Philippine Constitution and applicable laws, rules and regulations, the franchise granted under Republic Act No. 8210, entitled An Act Granting Interactive Broadcast Media, Inc., a Franchise to Construct, Install, Establish, Operate and Maintain Radio and Television Broadcasting Stations in the Philippines, to Interactive Broadcast Media, Inc., hereunder referred to as the grantee, whose controlling interest has been transferred to EDCANOY PRIME HOLDINGS, INC., which transfer is hereby ratified, to construct, install, establish, operate and maintain for commercial purposes and in the public interest radio and/or television broadcasting stations, including digital television system, through microwave, satellite or whatever means, including the use of any new technologies in television and radio systems, with the corresponding technological auxiliaries and facilities, special broadcast and other program and distribution services and relay stations in the Philippines, is hereby renewed for another twenty-five (25) years that shall take effect on September 5, 2021.
