Implementing Rules and Regulations. Within one hundred eighty (180) days from the effectivity of this Act, the Secretary of Labor and Employment, in coordination with concerned agencies as may be deemed necessary, shall formulate the necessary rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this Act.
