Implementing Rules and Regulations. Within sixty (60) days after the effectivity of this Act, the TESDA, in coordination with the DOLE, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), the concerned LGU, and such other relevant agencies, shall formulate and issue the necessary rules and regulations for the implementation of this Act.
