The Dr. Rodolfo V. Pamor, Jr. Memorial National High School - Sangay Western High School Annex in Barangay Tinorongan, Municipality of Sangay, Province of Camarines Sur is hereby separated from the Dr. Rodolfo V. Pamor, Jr. Memorial National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Tinorongan National High School.
