The Corporation may be reorganized by its Board of Directors by adopting if it so desires, an entirely new staffing pattern or organizational structure to suit the operations of the Corporation under this Act. No preferential or priority right shall be given to or enjoyed by any personnel for appointment to any position in the new staffing pattern nor shah any personnel be considered as having prior or vested rights with respect to retention in the Corporation or in any position which may be created in the new staffing pattern, even if he or she should be the incumbent of a similar position prior to reorganization. The reorganization shall be completed within six (6) months after the effectivity of this Act. Personnel who are not retained are deemed separated horn the service.
