Records and Support Service. -The Commission shall have administrative supervision over the Board. It shall keep all records of the Board including applications for examination, examination papers and results, minutes of deliberation, and administrative cases. It shall likewise designate the Secretary of the Board who shall be a staff member in the Commission and shall provide the other support services to the Board in order to implement the provisions of this Act.
