Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). The Board of Nutrition and Dietetics, subject to approval by the Commission and after consultation with the AIPO, other agencies, and private organizations concerned in the industry, shall prescribe, promulgate and issue a Board Resolution on the IRR of this Act within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act.
