Medical and Service Personnel.- The number of medical and service personnel, maintenance and other operating expenses of the MHARSMC shall correspondingly be increased to conform with the provision in Section 2 of this Act. The Medical Center Chief of the MHARSMC, in coordination with the DOH, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), and the Civil Service Commission (CSC), shall determine the additional plantilla positions to be created and filled up.
