Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The Pio Da Lim Memorial School of Arts and Trades-Tanglagan Annex in Barangay Tanglagan, Municipality of Calanasan, Province of Apayao is hereby separated from the Pio Da Lim Memorial School of Arts and Trades and converted into an independent national technical-vocational high school to be known as Tanglagan National High School.
