Repealing Clause. - Republic Act No. 6539, otherwise known as the "Anti-Carnapping Act of 1972", is hereby repealed. All laws, executive orders, rules and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby amended or repealed accordingly.
