Implementing Rules and Regulations. - Within ninety (90) days from the approval of this Act, the DOJ shall, in coordination with the DFA, DSWD, CFO, the PCW, and NGOs which are engaged in assisting victims of mail-order marriages and other schemes, promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
