Effectivity. - This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following its publication in the Official Gazette or in a major daily newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines, whichever comes first.

This Act was passed by the Senate of the Philippines as Senate Bill No. 2434 on February 16, 2016 and adopted by the House of Representatives as an amendment to House Bill No. 6421 on May 23, 2016.
