Creation and Composition of the Board. There is hereby created a Board to be composed of a Chairperson and two (2) members under the administrative control and supervision of the Commission. They shall be appointed by the President of the Philippines from a list of three (3) recommendees for each position which were ranked by the Commission from a list of five (5) nominees for each position submitted by the AIPO in the Philippines. The Board shall be organized not later than six (6) months from the effectivity of this Act.
