Vested Rights; Automatic Registration. - All pharmacists registered before the effectivity of this Act shall automatically be registered hereunder, subject to compliance as to future requirements.
The CORs, PICs or STPs held by such persons in good standing shall have the same force and effect, as though they were issued on or after the effectivity of this Act.
