Repealing Clause. - Republic Act No. 5921, as amended, is hereby repealed. AH other laws, presidential decrees, executive orders and other administrative issuances or parts thereof which are contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.
